We are Adeline and Olivier, direct owners of the properties you will find in our website. Our motto is to offer you the best locations and to welcome you in our properties exactly how we would like to be welcomed.
Meet Adeline
Owner and Chairman
Adeline was born in the North of France and has moved to Paris for studies in 2012. She has lived there for more than 10 years and built a career in finance and investment.
She has been active in real estate since 2020, when she first acquired an apartment at Madeleine Place (8th arr. Paris).
When she does not move by bike in Paris, she particularly loves strolling at Montorgueil paved pedestrian street, going out at Grands Boulevards and Bourse multiple wine bars and feeling the artistic atmosphere of Montmartre village. She is also keen on visiting theatres and understanding their history.
Meet Olivier
Co-owner
Olivier grew up in Ile-de-France region, knowing Paris since his adolescence.
After a few years as engineer, he joined Air France, Nation’s most prestigious airline since 2022, hence fulfilling his dream to become a pilot. While preparing his certification, he has had the chance to live in many French nice cities such as Toulouse (Occitanie region) or Beaune (Bourgogne region).
Olivier is passionnate about photography and always eager to find the best angle and the most breath-taking views, and is a true amateur of rooftops.
